Kind Words from Happy Guests

    Paradise Within Paradise
Clare, innkeeper and proprietor, is so very kind and conscientious. The location is superb! Snow capped mountains - including Mount Olympus - from our very spacious room's windows while also being able to watch the occasional cruise ship and cargo/container ship amble by. Vancouver island is easily seen on the horizon. Dungeness Barnhouse has private beach access so hunting for sea glass, shells and barnacle-encrusted rocks is easy to enjoy. We plan to book the B & B for the 2024 lavender festival once the dates are announced by Sequim organizers. Worth every penny - including the adventure it is to get from Sea-Tac to Sequim via ferry or Interstate. Eager to return to this gorgeous area of the Olympic Peninsula!

    Great View, Romantic, Quiet.
We were in the largest room upstairs, and enjoyed the common room with its picture window views of the strait and the ships going by. Clare is a fun and gracious host with an amazing green thumb and sense for food and design. Loved having breakfast foods available in the fridge, and was taken in by the scenery every morning. Had a great time. Would love to visit again. Nearby activities: Hiking, normally, but we were there primarily to relax and enjoy Sequim. We did fit in some paddle boarding. Noteworthy details: Rooms are decorated beautifully yet are functional. The garden and greenhouse are lovely! Most of all, we loved the ambiance of the great room in the quiet mornings and evenings.

    Anniversary Escape
My husband and I stayed for 1 night in the stable room #1 for our wedding anniversary and this place is gorgeous! From the room to the garden/property to the view. All STUNNING. We met the owner Clare briefly as we snuck a peek at the kitchen area (under renovations) and she was absolutely lovely! We will have to make a trip back once the kitchen is finished because OMG It's unbelievable 😍 straight out of Joanna Gaines' handbook! Wish we could have stayed longer!!

    Beautiful and Convenient
Absolutely beautiful location and extremely convenient for watching sunsets and going out to the Dungeness spit. I stayed in the studio and it was so spacious and well lit. Everything I needed was in the room and the owner was easy to reach and answered texts quickly. We found bagels and eggs from the on-site chickens available in the room and everything we needed to cook. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the linens and towels were great. Honestly this was the best B&B experience I've ever had.

    Lavender Heaven
We had an amazing stay in the studio suite overlooking the beautiful front garden, Strait of Juan de Fuca and Dungeness Spit. We loved the fresh eggs provided for breakfast from the chickens out back and were able to snip some fresh dill and parsley from the gardens when we prepared our scrambled eggs. The room and bed were super comfortable and also loved having a soaking tub along with provided bubble bath product. The suite gave us a perfect vantage point for the Lavender Festival and it was an exceptional experience that we will forever remember. Thank you so much, Clare!!

The best B&B experience I have ever had. The room, grounds and location were just gorgeous. The room was huge, beautifully decorated, spotless. There was a large living room space with fridge, microwave, coffee, snacks breakfast, etc. amazing views of the water. Claire, the owner, is amazing. Such a magical place, I cannot say enough!
